Stunning place, you can’t help but want to look around before enjoying the excellent customer service and tasty menu. So, let’s break it down… Atmosphere: ***** Stunning! Some real care and thought went into the design and renovations of this place. Inside is historically stunning while the outdoor area, both uncovered and covered, is extremely casual bar-like décor. Great for group catch ups and a chill afternoon of pub grub and a few drinks, plus the tunes are a good selection and not too high to drown out your conversations. Extremely Well Done! Customer Service: ***** Sitting in the undercover section outside, the customer service staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Ordering was through a QR Code service and drinks (while they could be ordered at the bar) can be ordered through the QR system as well. Once ordered, we were greeted very well and provided our entrée within 10 minutes and the mains followed about 12 minutes after, exceptional. Once finished the plates were bussed within about 5 minutes of finishing and were allowed to continue our conversation until ready to leave. Excellent Service. Food (why we are here): ***** Order : Cheesy Garlic Bread and 2 Chicken Parma's Cheesy Garlic Bread - Delicious, (accidentally took a bite before remembering to take a photo...oops) The Bread was nicely toasted on the outside & soft and warm on the inside. The cheese wasn’t over the top and the garlic matched perfectly. Chicken Parma with chips & salad – Great chicken size, not overly crumbed & the cheese, ham and Napoli sauce blended superbly. Chips were excellently crisp and hot with a nice salad to freshen up the savory dish. Well Done! Overall: ***** It’s a rare treat to walk into a restaurant that is so well presented that you just want to walk around and admire the venue. The Amazing Grace certainly delivers a dazzling contrast of excellent décor ideas and then follows it up with excellent customer service and a variety of menu options to tempt you. If the Chicken Parma was anything to go by I’m assured that the rest of the menu is absolutely first rate. Highly recommend for everyone. Well Done, The Amazing Grace.

I hate to write negative reviews, but they really got it wrong tonight at dinner. Lots of others were also obviously disappointed. We booked dinner in the chapel as the last time we went it was fantastic. Tonight was a total let down. Under staffed, and only one of the serving staff was nice after getting meals wrong. Didn’t have contact with any staff to order, and ordered via the we code. Our mains came before starters, which we were advised that’s just how it is. We asked if we could get the starter first, and told the meals will just go back under the heater, and that’s how it is. Things not to tell a customer. Well the ribs were cold and so dry, chips overcooked and cold, pizza has also been sitting, and apparently the spaghetti was alright. Obviously not all ready in the kitchen at same time. Bacially it’s not rocket science ,as every other pub in the area can do it right, and food is amazing at places like the Settlement to Amstel. Very disappointed, after spending $180 on food and a few drinks, I truely am saddened about food and staff attitude. Hope you can get your stuff together in the kitchen, food quality, and staff attitude, and staff that want to be there and maintain the standard it once was.

What a character filled and beautiful place! The menu is amazing and I had too many fabulous choices to choose from… my head just couldn’t hope (ha-ha). All the staff were amazing. Super friendly, warm and helpful. They genuinely seemed happy to work there- they were a real treat. Prices were very reasonable for all menu items and even drinks. Not a bad thing to say about anything. A fabulous place all round. Loved it! Definitely gets 5 starts from me

Great place to sit down and have a meal. Dog friendly which is a bonus. They also have activities for kids to do/play with outside which is a good addition too. Food was great, easy to order through the QR code on our table or we could order at the bar. Didn't have to wait long for our food which was great aswell. Our waitress was really lovely, checked in on us throughout our meal which is always nice and the venue itself is quite warm and cosy. Not too overpriced. Would definitely return and recommend to family & friends.

Very disappointed with standard of food they have at this place. I went in for dinner with my family and it was very quiet. We had cardboard pizzas and parmas with salad from last week. It was hard to see especially from some of the great reviews about this place. After spending $120 on food and a few drinks, I truely am saddened. The beers were the best thing!! Hope you can get your stuff together in the kitchen and food quality!!

We had a great time for a family birthday dinner once we had adjusted our expectations a little. The food was amazing and the staff upbeat and cheerful. However judging from the name and exterior presentation we were expecting more of a formal dining experience. All food orders are placed via a QR code attached to the table, drinks can also be ordered in the same manner or at a bar. If you are happy with a public bar/ Cafe type atmosphere and service, with good food. You will be more impressed than I was. Again judging from the name and the fact the establishment has been set up in an old church, I expected them to monopolize on this feature more instead of not at all.
